Jordan Reduction Solution granulators are constructed using the heaviest duty components available to handle the most rugged applications over the long term. They are designed with high speed, medium inertia and open rotor body. They have two, three or five hardened steel knives and can grind material down to 80 mesh or up to 2". Interchangeable qualifying screens determine the final reduction size. These machines have decibel ratings of less than 65 Db, which makes them ideal for placement at individual work stations.

The rotors on Jordan granulators are constructed from solid steel forgings and are the heaviest and strongest in the industry. The solid rotor design gives the rotating knives maximum bearing support, which prevents knife deflection during the cutting process. The solid rotor design also eliminates the potential for weld fatigue cracking. Double-edged granulator knives are constructed from high-alloy hardened steel and are easy to access and adjust during servicing.

Complete systems can include air discharge units or conveyors, and can be integrated easily with shredder or grinder systems.
