Excel HV9 and HV10 balers

These single-ram, automatic closed-end balers feature the revolutionary single-sheet, interlocking construction found in Excel’s two-ram balers. The floor and side sheets are single sheets that are cut to fit together.

The HV9 and HV10 machines feature an interlocking chassis design. The sidewall of the chassis is tabbed into slots in the floor of the baler, making it the strongest chassis in the industry. Excel uses a rotator jig during the welding process that spins the entire chassis 360 degrees, allowing the welding to be done “in position” so there are no weld seams. This results in the strongest triple-pass welds possible - Excel chassis sidewalls don’t bow, crack or bend.

  • Materials baled: office paper, newspaper, OCC, magazines, PET, HDPE, aluminum cans, tin cans, painted aluminum siding, aluminum extrusions, insulated wire, radiators, copper and other materials.
